SIXTH WEEK OF FIRST PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE

Monday

 Today we reached the school at 9:30 a.m. I wonder about the duration of the school time. This is a long day for me. After signing attendance we went to staff room. Generally, on Monday I have no periods but today I got 4th period in 8th standard. I taught them saturated solution, unsaturated solution and solubility from the chapter 'Solution'.

 Tuesday

 Today we reached the school at 9:25 a.m. After signing the attendance we went to the staff room. Today I got second and 6th period in class 9th and the 8th respectively. 4 9th standard I taught them about buoyant force from the chapter ‘Buoyant force’. I introduced the topic and engaged them in it through examples. Then in 8th standard, I taught about supersaturated solution from the chapter 'Solution'.

 Wednesday

 Today we reached the school at 9:30 a.m. After signing the attendance we went to the staff room. Today I have 4th period in 8th standard. The topic was growing crystals and relation between solubility and temperature. We served the food and left school at 4:00 p.m.

Thursday

 Today we reached the school at 9:30 a.m. After signing the attendance we went to the staff room. Today I have no periods. So I continued writing my lesson plan. We served food and checked notes of 9th standard. Afternoon I got a period in 6th standard and I taught mathematics. They are studying about unit conversion. We left the school at 4:00 p.m.

Friday

 Today we reached the school at 9:25 a.m. After signing attendance I wonder about the duration of the school time. This is a long day for me. I got 2nd period in 9th standard. I taught them the measuring of buoyant force from the chapter buoyant force. We served food and left school at 4:00 p.m.

REPORT ON INNOVATIVE WORK SEMESTER 4

  The innovative work on the topic Non-Metals and Their Reactions' was successful as it helped to arouse curiosity and engagement among students. After learning the basic concepts, students found it challenging to recall the different reactions of non-metals, so I decided to introduce an interactive method to reinforce their understanding.   On 17/01/2025  (FRIDAY), I conducted a session for my class using a Riddle Book on Non-Metals and Their Reactions. The book contained a series of riddles related to the properties, uses, and chemical reactions of non-metals. Each riddle provided clues that led to the identification of a non-metal and its reaction.   To make the session more interactive, I divided the students into small groups and distributed the riddle book among them.
