EIGHTH WEEK OF FIRST PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE

Monday

Today we reached the school at 9:25 a.m. After signing attendance we came back to our places. I got 4th period in 9th standard. I taught Archimedes' principle from the chapter 'Buoyant Force'. I also went to the third standard and managed them very carefully. We served food at noon and left the school at 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday

Today we reached the school at 9:30 a.m. After signing attendance we came back to our places. I got second period in 9th standard and taught principle of floatation from the chapter 'Buoyant Force'. We served the food at noon and left the school at 4:00 p.m.

20/11/2024

Wednesday

Today we reached the school at 9:25 a.m. After signing attendance we came back to our places. I got second period in the 9th standard. I taught them about relative density from the chapter 'Buoyant Force'. After serving food, I got 6th period in 8th standard. There I taught about soft drinks from the chapter 'Solution' which was the last topic from that chapter. Left the school at 4:00 p.m.

Thursday

Today we reached the school at 9:30 a.m. Signed the attendance. I got first period in 9th standard. I taught them about the hydrometer and the lactometer. I also got 4th period in 8th standard. I did  diagnosis test on the topic 'Metals'. After serving food, went to the first standard and gave instructions on the English alphabet. Then I left the school at 4:00 p.m.

Friday

Today we reached the school at 9:35 a.m. After signing attendance we returned to our places. I got 6th period in 8th standard. I taught them about natural magnets and artificial magnets from the chapter 'Magnetism'. At first, I reminded them about different magnetic substances and some applications related to magnetic substances. I conducted a unit test in chemistry for class 8th in the 7th period. The topic was chemical changes and metals. I managed the exam hall very calmly. We served food at noon and left the school at 4:00 p.m.

  30/12/2024 Monday Today, the school reopened after the Christmas vacation. I reached the school at 9:45 a.m. and signed the attendance register. Today, I took classes for 8th-standard students in the second and fifth periods. REPORT ON INNOVATIVE WORK SEMESTER 4

  The innovative work on the topic Non-Metals and Their Reactions' was successful as it helped to arouse curiosity and engagement among students. After learning the basic concepts, students found it challenging to recall the different reactions of non-metals, so I decided to introduce an interactive method to reinforce their understanding.   On 17/01/2025  (FRIDAY), I conducted a session for my class using a Riddle Book on Non-Metals and Their Reactions. The book contained a series of riddles related to the properties, uses, and chemical reactions of non-metals. Each riddle provided clues that led to the identification of a non-metal and its reaction.   To make the session more interactive, I divided the students into small groups and distributed the riddle book among them.
