  20/01/2025 Monday Today I reached the school at 9.30 am and signed the attendance register. I have only one period today for 8th standard. I taught them about the formation of images in concave mirrors from the chapter 'Reflection in spherical mirrors'.   13/01/2025 Monday I reached the school at 9:30 am today and signed the attendance register as usual. Today I have a period each for 8th and 9th standard. I taught the eighth standard about ultrasonic waves and noise pollution from the chapter 'Sound'. The 9th std students were taught with the preparation of oxygen from the chapter 'Non-metals'. We served the meal at noon and left the school at 4 pm. 14/01/2025 Tuesday Today I reached the school at 9.30 am and signed the attendance register. I taught about the uses of oxygen from the chapter 'Non-metals' for the ninth standard. I started a new chapter for 8th standard today. FIFTH WEEK OF SECOND PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE

  06/01/2025 Monday Today I reached the school at 9:30 AM and signed the attendance register as usual. Today, I taught about natural frequency from the chapter 'Sound' for 8th standard in the third period. After that, I taught about the element carbon from the chapter 'Non-metals' for 9th standard in the sixth period. At noon served lunch for students. Finally, I left the school at 4 pm. 07/01/2025 Tuesday Reached the school at 9:30 AM today and signed the attendance register. Today, I have to engage 8th and 9th-standard students for a period each. For 8th standard, I took classes on the factors affecting natural frequency from the chapter 'Sound'. For the 9th standard, I taught about allotropes of carbon namely Graphene and fullerene, and also about amorphous allotropes from the chapter 'Non-metals'.   30/12/2024 Monday Today, the school reopened after the Christmas vacation. I reached the school at 9:45 a.m. and signed the attendance register. Today, I took classes for 8th-standard students in the second and fifth periods. In the second period, I taught them about the characteristics of induced magnetism, and in the fifth period, I taught them about magnetic permeability. Both topics were from the chapter 'Magnetism'. REPORT ON INNOVATIVE WORK SEMESTER 4

  The innovative work on the topic Non-Metals and Their Reactions' was successful as it helped to arouse curiosity and engagement among students. After learning the basic concepts, students found it challenging to recall the different reactions of non-metals, so I decided to introduce an interactive method to reinforce their understanding.   On 17/01/2025  (FRIDAY), I conducted a session for my class using a Riddle Book on Non-Metals and Their Reactions. The book contained a series of riddles related to the properties, uses, and chemical reactions of non-metals. Each riddle provided clues that led to the identification of a non-metal and its reaction.   To make the session more interactive, I divided the students into small groups and distributed the riddle book among them. Each group had to solve the riddles by identifying the correct non-metal and explaining the reaction associated with it. As they solved each riddle, they wrote down the chemical equation...
